The audit process consists of documentation review at the end of the actual inspection. Integrated Pest Management (pest control) procedures, operational issues, maintenance for food safety and cleaning practices are inspected and rated according to the government regulations for the food industry. Security concerns are reviewed and documented, and complete security audits and rating services are available.

Food Safety auditing is our main focus for the food industry in regards to the FDA and USDA Code of Federal Regulations and Compliance Guidelines and the standards for Food Safety. These standards include the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetics Act (1938), the Goo Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) DFR Title 21, Part 110 (1986), The global Food Safety Initiative, the U.S. Military Sanitary Standards and the U.S. Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
